		<description>I am several times travelled through Finnair to India Bombay and Delhi, every time i felt very convenience and recently Finnair stopped flights to Mumbai , atleast Finnair should have weekly two times to Mumbai even they should consider route to Madras, that is more convenient to South India people , may be can get more load than Mumbai route( at compatable price)
recently prices are increased Delhi route also  its higher than other operators
my request is try to make lower prices movement

Thank you for your additional contact through email.

 We were finally able to locate your missing bag today which has been at TXL-AP all the time in custody of the courier company. 

Just for wrong contact tel number in file to our valued customer no connection was achieved. We have now walked through our guidance to courier companies in order to avoid this delay happening to anyone any more.

By-the-way, the brand new baggage sorting facility will be opened at Helsiki airport in early 2010 and we believe that the final problems with the left-behind baggage will be then only bad memories.

I do sincerely apologize once more and hope that you can confirm the teddy bear&#039;s safe arrival back home?
