We were finally able to locate your missing bag today which has been at TXL-AP all the time in custody of the courier company. Just for wrong contact tel number in file to our valued customer no connection was achieved. We have now walked through our guidance to courier companies in order to avoid this delay happening to anyone any more. By-the-way, the brand new baggage sorting facility will be opened at Helsiki airport in early 2010 and we believe that the final problems with the left-behind baggage will be then only bad memories.
